Rose Hill has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 are en-suite). On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 16 and a more formal dining room that can seat 12. On the first floor there is a large living room. There is also a double bedroom (en-suite) on the first floor, the remainder of the bedrooms being located on the second and third floors. The house has an outside decked garden at the back

There is one allocated parking space for the house located on the next street in a small private car park.Further parking is available in one of the many council and private car parks or close by on-street parking (some of which is free to park in)
We ask that you leave the house as close to how you find it as possible.
We provide linen and hand towels in the bathrooms but guests should bring their own bath towels.
We allow well behaved pets but ask you keep them on the ground floor.
Check-in time is from 4PM
