Hi, we're Nick and Sarah. We moved from Brighton in 2015 to be closer to Sarah's family and to enjoy the amazing outdoors of Wales.

We bought this wonderful holiday house in Barmouth as a place to bring our three children, friends and family to spend time by the lovely Welsh Coast and the mountains of Snowdonia. As a large house, we quickly realised that it's the perfect place for family and friend get togethers so have decided to rent it out so that more people can enjoy using it – and of course the extra income helps to pay the bills!

As we've found when trying to organise get togethers, there are very few decent holiday lettings that can accommodate more than a single family. Rose Hill certainly has enough space and hopefully you'll find it comfortable and appreciate the styling.

There’s so much to do in the area from active activities including water sports in the picturesque bay, mountain climbing up one of the spectacular peaks, cycling in the Coed y Brenin mountain bike centre, to the more relaxed beach lounging and sampling the vast range of  local food and drink options.
